End User License Agreement

By purchasing a copy of any Valiant Samples product, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understand the Valiant Samples End User License Agreement (EULA) and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

LICENSE

All of the sounds included in Valiant Samples products are created and owned by D. Golovko Music (under trading name Valiant Samples). By purchasing a copy of Valiant Samples products, the original purchaser/registered owner is granted a single user lifetime license. Therefore, licensee is authorized to freely use the enclosed sounds for any commercial purpose provided the following conditions are met:

(1) Product licenses are non-transferable. D. Golovko Music (Valiant Samples) strictly forbids the resale, re-licensing, or any other distribution of any Valiant Samples product, samples, scripts and software.

(2) Licensee may not assign, transfer, lease, rent, resell, share, or upload/download to or from any database server any part of the product, scripts, samples and software.

(3) This license expressly forbids any inclusion of content contained within any Valiant Samples product into any other virtual instrument or library of any kind. This includes, but not limited to, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating, or embedding into software or hardware for the purpose of re-recording or reproduction as part of any free or commercial sample library, sound effects catalogue, software, or virtual instrument.

RIGHTS

The product and accompanying documentation, is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Valiant Samples retains full ownership and copyrights of all recorded sounds, scripting, graphics, logos, themes, titles, names, technologies, musical performances, and documentation included in this product. Any unauthorized use, distribution or reproduction of the product is prohibited and shall constitute a violation of law and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

TERM

This license agreement is effective from the moment the product is installed. The license will be terminated if any of the terms and conditions of this EULA are broken and license will be revoked. Upon termination licensee agrees to destroy all copies and contents of the and will remain accountable to all terms and copyrights stated in this EULA. Valiant Samples retains the right to seek restitution for any and all damages incurred by violations of the EULA at the expense of licensee.

REFUNDS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must not have used the serial number that you would have received with your purchase to register the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of your purchase. This would have been emailed to you after the purchase was made.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@valiantsamples.com. If your refund is accepted, we may need some extra information from you on where to send the returned funds (Bank Account, Paypal Account etc). Otherwise the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
