Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must not have used the serial number that you would have received with your purchase to register the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of your purchase. This would have been emailed to you after the purchase was made.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@valiantsamples.com. If your refund is accepted, we may need some extra information from you on where to send the returned funds (Bank Account, Paypal Account etc). Otherwise the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
